Pyeongchang, a city to the east of Seoul, is called ‘Nature’s Playground.’ It’s an area all about the outdoors, with beautiful temples and national parks. During the winter, people from all over Korea flock to ski resorts like the Yongpyeong resort. In 2018, the city will be hosting the Olympic Winter Games. While in the area, Diana and Marja made kimchi with the ‘Alice Waters’ of Korea, Misun Chung.
